The Board of Directors of Tejas Trails Neighborhood Association is pleased to announce the creation of the “Yard of the Season” award program to show their appreciation and to recognize those neighbors who demonstrate superior effort in maintaining their property, and who, as a result, positively contribute to the overall appearance and goodwill of Tejas Trail.
“Yard of the Season” candidates will be judged on the total appearance of their exterior property and front yard as viewed from the street. Criteria for judging will be based on the visual attractiveness, creativity, originality, beautification, and overall maintenance.
“Yard of the Season” is recognition for maintaining a beautiful yard on a consistent basis. Full Guidelines are HERE.
