Tejas Trails Property Owners Association, Inc was originally incorporated as a non-profit and registered with the IRS in February, 1974. One of the purposes of the Association was to enforce restrictions and protect land value.
Tejas Trails subdivision was originally developed in the 1960’s. Verna and Johnnie Stubbs (Stubbs Realty) had owned land which is now Tejas Trails and sold several tracts out of it. Victor E.
