The current Tejas Neighborhood Association (TTNA) was reactivated in 2018 and currently operates as a neighborhood association with voluntary membership dependent on payment of annual dues. We are a 501 (C) 3 organization through the state of Texas and follow all regulations according to current law.

Tejas Trails Property Owners Association, Inc was originally incorporated as a non-profit and registered with the IRS in February, 1974. One of the purposes of the Association was to enforce restrictions and protect land value.
  • This organization's exempt status was automatically revoked by the IRS for failure to file a Form 990, 990-EZ, 990-N, or 990-PF for 3 consecutive years and was dissolved in August, 1982

Tejas Trails subdivision was originally developed in the 1960’s. Verna and Johnnie Stubbs (Stubbs Realty) had owned land which is now Tejas Trails and sold several tracts out of it. Victor E. Hall purchased the remaining land in the addition which he sold to various buyers. The following deed restrictions were placed on most of the deeds executed in the addition.
